Using Touché
Terms and purchases
These terms describe Touché’s Android features and optional purchases. Contact the developer at kunal26das@gmail.com for help. The privacy policy explains data handling. Google Play’s terms also apply to purchases made through Play.
Intended audience and local use
Touché is a general-purpose notification utility intended for people aged 13 and over. The app does not ask for your age or birthday. Ads, optional purchases and cloud preference sign-in depend on the app’s configuration, provider availability and applicable privacy choices.
An installation that retains an Under 13 choice from an earlier version continues to offer local controls and history without online services, purchase prompts or cached paid processing. The saved restriction is not reset when the app updates. Previously stored history and rule configurations remain on the device. An earlier 13–17 choice, and an installation with no collected age, use conservative under-age ad settings without personalized ads. These settings do not change Google Play’s account controls or purchase terms.
Your controls and Android’s limits
Touché helps you review received notifications and choose which ones to auto-dismiss. Dismissal is requested after a notification arrives; it cannot guarantee prevention of sound, vibration or banners. Android, device vendors and source apps determine available notification content and settings behavior. The optional Accessibility-assisted settings flow is limited to supported screens and requires your consent and confirmation each time.
Review rules carefully, especially rules for an entire app. Do not rely on Touché as your sole way to receive emergency, medical, safety or other time-critical information. You are responsible for using the app and any exported information lawfully and with permission for the device and data involved.
Free features and paid options
Basic app/category auto-dismiss, Pause, search, saved details, and the 200-entry free capture limit remain available without Pro. Optional basic preference sync is also free for eligible users. An optional ad-removal purchase suppresses ads only; it does not unlock Pro tools.
Where offered to eligible users, Touché Pro includes ad suppression, a bounded 5,000-entry archive, named advanced-rule profiles with optional keyword and weekday/time conditions, and deliberate CSV history export. Only one advanced profile is selected at a time. Basic rules remain independent, so a basic rule can still match outside an advanced schedule. A schedule is evaluated when a new notification is captured, using the device’s local time. No unlimited archive, cloud notification backup, or recovery of already pruned entries is promised.
Prices, payment and renewal
Available products, localized prices, taxes, billing periods and any applicable offer details appear in the app and Google Play purchase confirmation before you pay. Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions provide the same paid features and renew under the terms shown by Google Play unless you cancel. The separate ad-removal product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. No purchase is required merely to review these terms or use free controls.
Manage or cancel a subscription using Manage subscription in Touché or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling Touché, signing out of preference sync, or deleting a Touché account does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues for the paid period, subject to Google Play’s purchase status. See Google’s cancellation instructions. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and applicable consumer law.
Restoration, offline access and expiry
Eligible users can use Restore purchases with the Play account that owns the purchase. Guest purchases remain supported. Optional Google sign-in inside Touché links purchase access to an internal account identifier, so signing into the same Touché account on another installation can retrieve its entitlements. Signing out removes that account’s paid access from the current app session while leaving Google Play payment ownership and subscriptions unchanged. Restoration does not recover local notification history removed by uninstalling, clearing storage or retention limits.
Paid tools require periodic online purchase verification. If the installation retains an Under 13 restriction, or access expires or cannot be confirmed beyond the supported cached period, new advanced actions and export stop; free controls remain available. Saved rule configurations remain visible and can be disabled or deleted. A saved schedule is never converted into an unrestricted basic rule.
Previously retained paid history remains readable after expiry alongside up to 200 rolling new free captures, with a maximum of 5,200 retained entries. Later Pro captures resume the normal 5,000 total-entry retention limit. Exported copies remain in the destination you selected and must be managed separately.
Availability and changes
Features can vary by Android version, device, region, provider availability and app configuration. We may maintain, change or discontinue features, with notice where required. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or universal compatibility. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and date will appear here; material purchase changes will be presented through the applicable app or store flow. Contact support if you have questions before buying.
